Kaiapoi Oxidation Ponds Desludging
G&T were engaged by the Waimakariri District Council to remove sludge build ups in areas of the Kaiapoi Oxidation Ponds. Our hydraulic cutter suction pump was mobilised to site, fitted to one of our 35 tonne excavators. The sludge solids were concentrated using an on site polymer dosing system before being discharged into large sludge dewatering bags.
